Germalysa Ferrer is a Project Associate for the Crime Lab. In this role, Germalysa helps support and carry out policy and program evaluations of mentoring and counseling-based community violence prevention programs.

Prior to the Crime Lab, Germalysa worked with several policy-centered, community-based non-profits throughout the US. Germalysa holds a Bachelor’s in sociology with minors in neuroscience, African American studies, and Latin American Studies from Princeton University.
