Damilare Aboaba is a Policy Research Analyst for the Crime Lab and Education Lab. In this role, he primarily assists Ph.D.-level researchers by building and maintaining robust, reproducible pipelines that span the length of the research process — from cleaning and restructuring large datasets to summarizing and presenting actionable insights and results.

Before coming to the Labs, Damilare obtained his MSc in Economics from the University College London. He also holds an MSc in Applied Analytics from Columbia University and a BA in Economics and Government from Cornell University.
