Overview of the City of Chicago’s Violence Reduction Dashboard
The Crime Lab will host a webinar on Wednesday, June 4th that will explore the City of Chicago’s Violence Reduction Dashboard—a publicly available tool launched to support efforts to reduce gun violence through transparent, real-time data.
This event will provide an in-depth look at how the dashboard brings together key data on shootings and homicides to help community organizations, policymakers, and other stakeholders make data-informed decisions and better target resources.
We invite you to join us for this important discussion on how data can drive progress in reducing violence and improving public safety in Chicago. The conversation will also highlight opportunities for other cities to make similar datasets and tools publicly available.
