Victor Gamarra is a Research Analyst in the Crime and Education Labs. In this role, Victor performs statistical and econometric analyses for policy and program evaluation, contributing to projects related to Community Violence Interventions and Personalized Learning. Before joining the Crime and Education Labs, Victor worked as a Research Assistant and Economic Consultant at several think tanks such as the University of Chicago, ETH Zurich, or the World Bank. He holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Chicago and a BA in economics from the Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP).
