Lluvia is a Research Manager at the Crime Lab, where she conducts program evaluations using mixed-methods research. She is currently overseeing data collection and analysis for the qualitative components of the PLA and CVILA projects.
Before joining the Crime Lab, Lluvia spent over five years at Innovations for Poverty Action, where she implemented and evaluated policing and crime reduction interventions in Mexico. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy with a specialization in Data Analytics and International Development from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
