Laura Sikoski is a Research Analyst for the Crime Lab and Education Lab working on the Personalized Learning Initiative (PLI) and Elevate Education studies.
Laura graduated from Montana State University with a master’s degree in applied economics and additional certifications in study design, data processing, and randomized control trials. She has a research background in areas including criminal justice reform, violent crime, legal analysis, post-secondary education outcomes, and environmental justice.
Prior to working at Urban Labs, Laura worked as an educator overseas and a conservation steward across the American west.
