Daniel Hasak

Implementation Manager

Daniel Hasak is an Implementation Manager for the Education Lab and the Crime Lab, where he supports the successful execution of research-practice partnerships. In this role, he serves as a bridge for learning and collaboration between research teams, nonprofit partners, city agencies, and individuals who participate in Lab-led research. Daniel works closely with stakeholders to ensure research initiatives are implemented with fidelity, responsiveness, and care.

Prior to joining the Labs, Daniel built his expertise in crisis intervention and worked as a clinician supporting youth and young adults. His background in mental health informs his approach to implementation, with a strong emphasis on emotional safety, relationship-building, and participant-centered practices. Daniel brings a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens to his work and is committed to advancing research that is both rigorous and grounded in the lived experiences of communities.
