Arin Zwonitzer is a Program Fellow for the Crime Lab and Education Lab, where she works closely with Director of Programs Kim Smith on programming and implementation of  the Community Violence Intervention Leadership Academy. She also co-designs and implements internal professional development programs alongside Managing Director Sarah Horn.

Previously, Arin worked as a community organizer for the San Diego North County Sierra Club Chapter, where she successfully advocated for a Community Choice Energy Pilot Program. Professionally, Arin has worked for AmeriCorps Jumpstart (formerly known as Headstart), the Honorable Judge John. A. Houston of the U.S. District Court SD Cal., and McGuireWoods Consulting LLP, a boutique political consulting firm in Chicago.

Arin holds a B.A. in Psychology and minor in Political Science from Northwestern University, with concentrations in Child Psychopathology, Cognitive Science.
