Abbie Castiglione is the Director of Development for the Crime Lab and Education Lab. In this role, Abbie leads fundraising and finance and helps to determine and implement the strategy for the organization. She oversees and manages all fundraising activity to make sure we achieve our financial goals and she cultivates and stewards relationships with donors. Abbie comes to this work with a wealth of experience in the fields of organizational development in higher education and consulting.
In addition to her professional experience, Abbie served as faculty for Loyola’s Baumhart Scholars MBA programs where she taught classes on decision-making. She also continues to advise non-profits on data strategy and management best practices. Lastly, Abbie served as a partner at Social Venture Partners and has held several roles on volunteer boards.
Abbie holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in industrial organizational psychology from California State University Long Beach, and a BS in marketing and management from DePaul University.
