Emmanuel Hernandez is a Research Manager for the Crime Lab.
Prior to coming to the Labs, he worked with non-profits and local governments, implementing large-scale research and interventions on policing and group violence in Mexico. Emmanuel holds an MPP from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
