This project focuses on enhancing the capacity of CVI organizations in Syracuse, NY. By providing targeted capacity-building support, including training in trauma-informed care and conflict resolution, the project aims to improve the effectiveness of violence reduction strategies and address organizational barriers that limit CVI impact.
