Relocation Support Model for High-Risk Individuals
This initiative provides healing-centered reentry support for individuals returning from incarceration who face high risks of recidivism and community conflict. By complementing traditional reentry services such as housing and employment assistance, the program focuses on trauma recovery, emotional regulation, cognitive skill development, and mentorship from credible messengers. Expected outcomes include stronger emotional stability, improved supervision compliance, reduced reoffending, and safer communities through more successful reintegration.
