Changing Lanes is a trauma-informed workforce and mentorship initiative serving high-risk youth in Atlanta’s NPU-V and South Downtown neighborhoods. Led by Wii Care Atlanta, the program combines healing-centered engagement, credible messenger mentorship, and paid workforce training to disrupt cycles of violence and incarceration. By linking personal healing with employment pathways and stronger cross-system collaboration, Changing Lanes helps participants rebuild stability, purpose, and opportunity while advancing community-led safety and healing across Atlanta.
