Emotional Intelligence & Communication Trainings for Community Violence Intervention Professionals
This project provides community violence intervention (CVI) professionals with training in emotional intelligence and effective communication. Through a culturally competent, trauma-informed approach, the program builds critical skills in conflict de-escalation, trust-building, and professional development. The goal is to reduce burnout, improve intervention outcomes, and strengthen the long-term impact and sustainability of the CVI workforce.
