Transformational Credibility Fellowship – Building a Sustainable CVI Leadership Pipeline
The Circling Home Fellowship (CHF) develops a sustainable leadership pipeline for justice-impacted individuals who were sentenced to life as juveniles and have demonstrated transformational change. Hosted by UTEC, the 12-month fellowship provides paid leadership placements, weekly training in governance and strategy, mentorship from lived-experience leaders, and host-site capstones that strengthen organizational systems. By converting reentry into structured leadership development, CHF repositions transformational credibility as an asset, preserving institutional knowledge and stabilizing community violence intervention organizations across Massachusetts.
