My capstone centered upon holding shooters accountable, even in the instances where victim(s) may be uncooperative with investigators and prosecutors. The capstone outline outlined steps to take, including leveraging technological resources (such as NIBNS, video surveillance, and CSLI data) in order to identify suspects in shooting, then explored avenues to successfully prosecute these individuals.
