Responding to growing service gaps in violence-impacted neighborhoods across Houston, the Young Adult Health Mobile Application connects residents to real-time resources through a geotargeted digital platform. Community members can access violence intervention services, mental health care, and job opportunities, while providers track demand and adjust service delivery through a companion portal. Grounded in community co-design and accountability, the platform aims to improve access, coordination, and trust within the local violence prevention ecosystem.
