S.H.I.F.T: Supporting Healing & Intervention for Tomorrow
The S.H.I.F.T project strengthens the capacity, coordination, and sustainability of local CVI organizations. Through asset mapping, data support and organizational training and facilitated coordination, the program addresses key challenges such as limited resources, siloed efforts, and inconsistent reporting. By equipping outreach workers, program leaders, and community stakeholders with the tools and partnerships needed to deliver effective interventions, the initiative ensures a more unified and impactful violence prevention ecosystem in Philadelphia.
