The Community Engagement Team (CET) was developed in an effort to maintain alignment with priorities set by the Command Team, the proposal encompasses a plan to expand the Neighborhood Community Officer Project within the boundaries of 55 Division as a Pilot to assess the feasibility and sustainability of the concept. The end goal is to develop operational deployment options for consideration that organize our front-line assignments in a manner the makes every officer more capable of neighborhood centric policing in consultation with community leaders along with City and Social supports to broaden the depth of our engagement.
