The purpose of this project is to address the absence of a school-based violence intervention program across the New Orleans charter school system. By implementing a comprehensive violence prevention plan, the project aims to improve student safety, academic performance, and overall school climate, while engaging key stakeholders to ensure long-term success and community impact.
