This project aims to strengthen the sustainability of community violence intervention programs in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago by supporting frontline workers through trauma-informed care, leadership development, and retention strategies. By fostering staff resilience and expanding holistic services for high-risk youth, the initiative promotes long-term workforce stability and more effective violence reduction in the community.
