Coordinated Violence Prevention Ecosystem Initiative
Addressing fragmentation across systems in North Columbia, this initiative builds a coordinated Community Violence Intervention ecosystem centered on collaboration and shared accountability. Through coalition building, stakeholder training, data integration, and strengthened referral pathways, the project connects high-risk youth ages 15–25 to critical wraparound services. By aligning efforts across sectors and improving real-time response, the initiative aims to reduce violence, increase service engagement, and improve overall community well-being.
