Healing US Too is a three-city workforce wellness pilot headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, designed to support Community Violence Intervention professionals who regularly absorb trauma while serving others. The model combines clinical assessments, individualized care plans, healing kits, retreats, and daily wellness practices focused on emotional regulation and whole-person healing. By reducing burnout, secondary traumatic stress, and workforce turnover, the initiative aims to strengthen staff well-being and improve the long-term stability of violence intervention programs.
