Building CVI Coordination in Birmingham
This project strengthens collaboration among community violence intervention (CVI) organizations in Birmingham by improving communication, building trust, and promoting data sharing. Through regular convenings and coordinated efforts, it aims to reduce service duplication, improve referrals, and enhance responses to violence—ultimately fostering safer, more connected communities.
