The Injured Officer Advocate Program helps injured officers navigate recovery and return to work more efficiently. It provides direct support, guidance, and follow-up when officers are hurt. The goal is to reduce non-deployable staffing, lower overtime pressure, and improve officer wellness. It also strengthens trust between employees and the department.
