My Capstone Project addressed a unique challenge occurring within the station where I served as Commander: the increasing number of thefts from semi-trailers and the associated rise in violent criminal activity. The project focused on developing a comprehensive strategy to reduce these offenses through a coordinated partnership between law enforcement and the business community.
