We developed a proactive early intervention system designed to identify, address, and mitigate potential risks before they escalate. It uses coaching, mentoring, training, data review, and collaborative outreach to support Department members while promoting accountability, wellness, and professional growth. The program is structured to strengthen organizational culture, support personnel, and reinforce public trust through early, targeted, and non-punitive intervention.
