Captain Marques Newsome

My Capstone project was titled “The 15TH District Community Engagement and Crime Reduction Plan”. The overall goals of my capstone project was to develop a safer Northeast Philadelphia through data driven deployment, placement networking investigations, and effective intelligence reporting. I am glad to say that almost 2 and a half years later our efforts with my capstone project have continued to excel!
