This project aims to strengthen community-law enforcement collaboration in Memphis through the 901 Bloc Squad, connecting street outreach teams with public agencies and residents. Offering trauma-informed care, job support, and community events, the initiative aims to reduce violence, improve trust, and provide high-risk individuals with pathways to stability and healing.
